We happily accept returns or exchanges only in the following situations:
✔ Defective or damaged product
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or not as described, we will replace it at no extra cost.
✔ Wrong item received
If the product you received is not what you ordered, we’ll fix it immediately.
✔ Courier / delivery issues (RTO, lost package, etc.)
If your order is not delivered, returned to origin, or mishandled in transit, we’ll arrange a re‑shipment or refund as applicable.
We just request clear photos or an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery so our team and printing partners can verify and help quickly.
🌱 When Returns / Exchanges Are Not Possible
Because each piece is printed specifically for you, we’re currently unable to offer returns or exchanges for:
- Size changes
- Colour / design preference
- Change of mind
- Wrong size ordered by the customer
